Just wanted to let you know that I really felt the difference after the massage. I never realized how much resistance I have in my neck until after the message. It was like my head was weightless and a lot easier to move! And the pain has decreased in my back and neck! Thank you again, this is the first time after a message I felt like it actually did anything. And I have been doing my stretching and am still able to touch to my toes!

I have suffered from a painful shoulder for over 8 years and have tried every treatment going then a friend told me about Chris and his sports massage treatment. During my first visit, Chris suggested that NMR would be of great benefit. I decided to try it and after my first NMR session I knew something 'different' had happened. So far I have had only 3 treatments but the range of movement I now have is almost back to normal and the pain has greatly reduced.
